- אם חיברת יומן Google או Microsoft: טוקני גישה מוצפנים לחשבון היומן.
למה המידע נשמר
אך ורק כדי לספק את השירות: להבין את הבקשות שלך, לשלוח לך תזכורות בזמן ולנהל את היומן שחיברת.
שיתוף מידע
- Meta — העברת הודעות WhatsApp.
- Vercel — הרצת השרת.
- Neon — אחסון מסד הנתונים.
- Anthropic — הבנת הטקסט של הבקשות.
- OpenAI — תמלול הודעות קוליות ויצירת ייצוג חיפוש (embeddings) לזיכרונות שנשמרו ולטקסט שבו מחפשים אותם (ניסוח החיפוש, או ההודעה עצמה כשאין ניסוח נפרד).
המידע לא נמכר ולא מועבר לצד שלישי, מלבד ספקי התשתית שבלעדיהם השירות לא יכול לפעול, ורק במידה הנדרשת:
תמונות ומסמכים
תמונות וקבצי PDF שנשלחים לתזכירי נשלחים ל-Anthropic רק כדי להבין את הבקשה. הם לא נשמרים אחרי העיבוד, ולא משמשים לאימון מודלים.
Images and PDFs
Photos and PDF files sent to Tazkiri are sent to Anthropic only to understand the request. They are not stored after processing and are not used to train models.
OpenAI
- OpenAI — transcription of voice notes, and search embeddings of saved memories and of the text used to look them up (the extracted lookup phrase, or the message itself when no separate phrase is extracted).

Google user data
- What we access: Google Calendar events via the calendar.events scope, only after the user connects from WhatsApp.
- How we use it: to create and update events the user dictates, and to read events so we can send WhatsApp reminders and show the user their own schedule. Nothing else.
- Storage and protection: OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM). Event data is stored only as the items needed for reminders.
- Sharing: We do not sell Google user data or use it for advertising, and we do not use it to train AI models. We do not share it with third parties, except that event titles are sent to our AI service provider (Anthropic) solely to interpret the user's own WhatsApp messages; event descriptions and locations are never sent. The provider does not use this data to train its models.
- Deletion: "נתק יומן" revokes access, deletes stored tokens, and deletes open items that were imported from Google Calendar. Account deletion removes all data. Users can also revoke access at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Tazkiri's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

גישה לתמיכה ומדידת שימוש
מפעיל השירות ניגש לנתוני חשבון רק כדי לתת תמיכה, לבדוק תקלה או לשמור על אבטחת השירות. צפייה בתוכן הודעות דרך ממשק הניהול מחייבת ציון סיבה ונרשמת. בבדיקות טכניות נעשה שימוש במזהים ובנתונים סטטיסטיים, ולא בתוכן ההודעות, ככל שהדבר אפשרי.
מדידת השימוש שומרת כמויות ועלות בלבד: מספר קריאות, טוקנים, שניות שמע ושליחות וואטסאפ. תוכן ההודעות לא נשמר במדידה.
Support access and usage metering
The service operator accesses account data only to provide support, investigate an issue, or keep the service secure. Viewing message content through the admin interface requires a stated reason and is logged. Technical investigations use identifiers and aggregate data rather than message content wherever possible.
Usage metering stores counts and costs only: calls, tokens, audio seconds, and WhatsApp sends. Message content is not stored in metering.
